The side event will aim to provide good practices about how governments, in cooperation with local and regional administrations as well as transport providers, can promote sustainable tourism mobility. Furthermore, the event will contribute to the work of the Partnership on Sustainable Tourism Mobility, created under THE PEP) at the Fifth High-level Meeting on Transport, Health and Environment.
The event is organized under the Patronage of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic and in cooperation with: the Ministry of Tourism of Cyprus; the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER, State Secretariat for Economic Affairs of Switzerland; and the Cyprus Sustainable Tourism Initiative.
