The Lyon Smart Community demonstration is now taking shape in the Confluence district of Lyon – recognised by WWF in 2010 as the first ever sustainable neighbourhood

The Task Force on Hemispheric Transport of Air Pollution (TF HTAP) is an international scientific cooperative effort to improve the understanding of the intercontinental transport of air pollution across the Northern Hemisphere.

This is a german case study on measures to limit particles transport-related emissions. Germany has introduced a sticker policy which forbids the entrance of high emission vehicles in the LEZ in order to improve air quality within these zones and protect public health.
